Pacific Shores Supports Huntington Beach High School Football Team
Published: September 20, 2010
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA – Every time the Huntington Beach High School Oilers take their home field this fall, spectators will see a banner advertising Pacific Shores–the new gated community just three blocks from the beach in Huntington Beach. By purchasing that banner, Christopher Homes is supporting the school’s football team with a contribution that helps pay for equipment and other expenses.
“Pacific Shores will be an integral part of the Huntington Beach community,” stated Christopher Gibbs, President of Christopher Homes. “Sponsoring the local high school football team is just one way that we are demonstrating our commitment to community involvement.”
That commitment also extended to Pacific Shores' sponsorship of the Boys & Girls Club of Huntington Valley's 31st annual “Be Great” Benefit Dinner & Auction which helps fund award-winning youth programs and scholarships for local kids.
With its planned debut scheduled for Saturday, October 30, 2010, the luxury gated community of Pacific Shores is already creating eager anticipation among home buyers who have been anxiously awaiting the chance to join the priority interest list. That opportunity has now arrived, and prospective buyers can register their interest and pre-qualify to purchase by visiting www.pacificshoreshb.com or calling 714-960-2900.
The buzz that Pacific Shores is generating revolves around two distinctive residential collections – The Bungalows and The Villas – both of which will be distinguished by exceptional designs and uncompromising appointments, as well as wetland open space and water views from many of the homes.
First to debut on October 30th, The Bungalows will offer impressively spacious two- and three-story townhomes ranging from approximately 1,480 to over 2,600 square feet, including two to four bedrooms with a loft and multi-purpose room and two to four baths. Two plans will feature a large third-floor space with a bedroom and a private bath and loft. One of the plans alternatively offers a super bonus room spanning more than 500 square feet. Prices are expected to range from the mid $500,000s to the mid $800,000s.
Debuting in early 2011, Pacific Shores will premier The Villas–a collection of courtyard homes that will take luxury and spaciousness to stunning heights. Spanning approximately 3,500 to 4,000 square feet, these dramatic residences will encompass four to five bedrooms and loft space for entertainment and parties. All Villas residences feature three-car garages. Generous patios adjoining the living and family rooms will take on the character of outdoor rooms. Prices are anticipated to start at $1.2 million.
Creating a custom-like ambiance throughout both neighborhoods, architecture will include a mix of Spanish, Andalusian and Coastal styles. As a money-saving benefit for buyers, the neighborhoods will not have Mello-Roos tax assessments.
The prospect of living in a gated, private community within walking distance of the beach, is just one of the attractions that are boosting Pacific Shores' appeal. The community will also be enhanced by an inviting public park and a prime location that is just minutes from Huntington Beach's vibrant downtown, which abounds with shops, restaurants and nightlife. Also nearby are the world-renowned Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve, Huntington Central Park and Library and Huntington Beach's excellent public schools.
